JOB OPPORTUNITY - RECEPTIONIST EXTRAORDINAIRE
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to be the face and central pivot for our firm. As our Front of House you will have superior customer service with the ability to multi-task.
Ideal hours will be (8.30am – 4.00pm) Monday – Friday however some flexibility to this can be negotiated.
Start date late April 2026
Responsibilities:
- Front of House
- Database Management
- Client Record Management
- Company & Trust Administration
- Creation of Reports
- Communications
- General daily administrative tasks
Skills required:
- Experience in an receptionist/administrative role
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Show a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to manage all communications to a high standard
- Pro-active and positive attitude
- Team player
